Clear yellow body with a white head. Hay aroma light. Malty taste with a good hop edge

On tap at brewery. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma has slightly damp straw. Flavour has dry grass, straw and some cracker malts. Solid carbonation.

On tap at Baerlic PDX, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle grassy hops, straw, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is reasonably crisp, with light grassy hops, and crisp crackery malt. Solid but I want more Saaz.

On tap at the brewery. Pours pale gold. Herbal, pepper, grain, lemon peel, lingering herbal notes. Medium body. Fine.
