Layers of Mecca Grade Lamonta Pale Malt, Opal 44, and white wheat create a creamy mouthfeeel that carries big hop flavors through to a punchy orange and pine finish. Copious amounts of Simcoe, Meridian, and Amarillo throughout, but this IPA is about showing off the complexity of a well-balanced beer.

On tap at Saraveza's IIPA Fest, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a big white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, some honey and piney hops. Flavour of bitter grapefruit peel, honey, piney and resinous hops - slightly metallic and bitter. Very stringent, not so well-balanced. Could be better refined. Not so good.
