Bottle 500ml. [ As Solipiwko / Browar Jana Operacja WIT ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, moderate yeasty, wit bier yeast, sorachi, cat piss. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, wheat, wit yeast, spicy hops, fruity hops, citrus, chinook - citra hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a hazy orange color. Complexstrong hop aroma. quite a malt base. Complex bitterness with the malts combining nicely.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Smooth yeasty beginning. with nice bitter hops and a nice and round floral Witbier aroma. The yeast is smooth, the hops are intense and a bit floral. Nice lemon and coriander hints, nice and crisp bitterness. The Finish is nice yeasty smooth together with a nice intense aromatic bitterness. Great combination and great brew!

Bottled at Celibar, Warsaw. Cloudy, rich firm head. Generous aroma of lychee, grapefruit and tangerine. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Perfumy citrus, cushiony wheat bread. Long bitter finish. Really good

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of bitter hops, yeats, tropical fruits. Taste of fresh bitter hops, coconuts, yeast, grassy, refreshing, good!

Tap (Marynka, Wroclaw). Piwo wyraznie zmetnione o bursztynowo-pomaranczowej barwie, bialo-szarej pianie, obfitej, srednio pecherzykowej, dosc trwalej i bardzo ladnie oblepiajaca scianki szkla. Aromat bardzo intensywny, czerwonego grapefruita, bardzo wyrazny i swiezy jakby dopiero co grapefruit zostal obrany ze skorki. Wytrawna, grapefruitowa goryczka, na srednim do wysokiego poziomie intensywnosci, krotka i niezalegajaca, wyraznie sciagajaca ale bardzo przyjemna dominuje w smaku i jest kontrowana w bardzo subtelny sposob przez delikatna slodycz cytrosow i malutka nutke przyprawowa przebijajaca sie z tla. Swietna, wytrawna, bardzo pijalna ipa i choc nuty witbierowe sa slabo zaznaczone (staja sie intensywniejsze w miare ogrzewania sie piwa) jak dla mnie jest super.
