Quite hoppy aroma for a saison. some tropical fruit, and some wheat, and yeast. reminds me alot of a tripel actually, minus the booze. grassy hop finish, with more yeasty esters.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden with a small off-white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, apple skins, and some residual sugars - doesn't smell very authentic at all. Flavour brings out notes of wheat, Belgian yeast, residual candied sugars and a bit of apple. Not really true to style, as the residual sugar is a bit too high, but all in all, quite quaffable and decently made.

Hazy deep blond color, with small creamy head. The aroma is anonymous, some paper, very light fruits. Tastes somehow like an old beer, apparently stale, with some spices from the yeast, some citrus fruits, ordinary bitterness.
