Big hops and big malt combine for a unique balance in this somewhat unusual IPA. The aroma is reminiscent of ruby red grapefruit and pine. The flavor is a burst of grapefruit with a smooth bitterness, complimented by caramel, slight licorice, and toast with honey. Show Less

Cask at Central City Winter Cask Fest '13, pours a hazy orangey amber with a few bubbles of off-white head. Aroma of fruity caramel malts, English hops and tropical fruits. Flavour is very bizarre, with a crappy amalgamation of hops and malts, with a slightly sour tropical fruity finish. Not much in hop character and fairly syrupy malts. Way off the mark here.
