500ml bottle. Darkest brown, quasi black colour with slightly late awakening, huge, fluffy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, tan head. Chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of liquorice, molasses, treacle, toffee, coffee. Taste is moderately bitter, roasty dark malty, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, a touch of toffee, treacle and molasses, hints of blueberry and blackberry; slightly light bodied, minimally watery, (way too) lively carbonation, addressing only the "upper" regions of the palate. Another Profesja beer profoundly contributing to the foreseeable distinguished reputation of this brewery.

Tap (4Hops, Wroclaw). Piwo o niemal czarnej barwie, totalnie nieprzejrzystej. Piana znikoma o jasno bezowej barwie, szybko redukujaca sie do cienkiego pierscienia i tylko symbolicznie znaczaca szklo. Aromat delikatnie palony, delikatny w swojej intensywnosci ale nic specjalnego. Podobnie w smaku, lekko palone, kawowe z malutka goryczka, nawet w strone wodnistosci. Pijalne, lekkie w odczuciu, nie jest zle ale mnie nie urzeklo, troche malo ciala i ewidentny brak pelnosci choc baza jest calkiem fajna.
