For our mid-summer hop blowout extravaganza, we offer you the Poseur. Mosiac, Simcoe, and Perle hops are introduced at three different times in the brewing process from kettle to fermenter and triple malted in the mash tun. This is one copiously hopped, tenaciously golden-bodied brew. Doctor’s supervision recommended for a second glass.

On tap at PIB, pours a hazy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of piney hops, citrus notes, and just enough caramel malts to back. Flavour brings out an uncompromising blast of piney hops, with a touch of citrus, and a dry biscuity malt backbone. Phenomenal flavour profile, with a dry piney dominance. Excellent stuff.
