On tap at Reverend Nat's, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with barnyard funk and yeast dominating. Flavour is also complex, with lots of yeast, some funk, rustic notes, and apples. Quite exquisite, with the many yeasts creating a nice complexity.
