Cloudy deep blond color with compact head. Light banana and clove aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, lowly carbonated; it has a strong white bread flavor, a bit doughy, moderately sweet, with a fruity hint. Very low bitterness. It deserves some more crispness in the final.
Pleasant. Atypical. The sweetness makes it more drinkable to me.

On cask at Main Street, pours a cloudy gold-tinted yellow with a small white head. Aroma is typical for a hef, with notes of banana and clove. Flavour brings out lots of banana, but also lots of nasty medicinal residual sugars. Sort of tastes like a banana cough syrup. Not a disaster, but totally off the mark for style. Needs serious refining.
