Draught at Target Café, Vancouver
Cloudy light amber color with medium sized head. The aroma has some spicy yeast and some fruity esters, infinitesimal vegetables. The mouthfeel is soft and round; the malt is a bit bready; the yeast character is strong, spicy, a bit astringent; one thing to be tuned, the bitterness in the far end is a bit too strong.
I definitively see a Belgian character in this beer, the aroma is very faithful.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and crisp biscuity notes. Flavour is quite complex, with a very dry body, revealing notes of Belgian yeast, dry zesty notes, and dry crackery malt. Very dry, complex, and highly drinkable. Wonderful stuff.
