Poured from the tap. Dark brown with foamy tan head (looked like a nitro tap but wasn’t advertised as one so not sure if I’m describing it accurately). Mild roast malt with subtle chocolate and hint of cherries. Alcohol mostly hidden so it’s ultimately a very downable stout so be careful with this one. Pretty good.

Draught at the brewery
Dark brown color with frothy head. Mild aroma of roasted malt. Semi sweet mouthfel; good malt flavor, light fruit and a sour touch; correct bitterness.
It’s a good way to add dynamicity to the Stout.

Sampled on tap at Storm, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out licorice, tart cherries and roast. Flavour reveals some nicely situated tart cherries - basically the Black Plague with tart cherries. Really excellent stuff. Dangerously drinkable.
