Draught at the brewery
Cloudy brown color with creamy head. Mild aroma of dirty water. It doesn’t have much of the characteristics of a real Weizen or Dunkelweizen (light fruity esters, no spices), and it has some dusty dark malts, leading to a final with overly roasted nuts; it also has a light but unpleasant sourness; relatively low bitterness.
Interesting how it tastes better after another very roasty beer; but when drunk alone it’s not so great.

Draught. Cloudy brown with a thin head. Aroma is minimal. Flavor is kinda intense jam fermenting. Strong taste that isn’t the most pleasant.

473mL growler, pours an opaque filthy orange-tinted dark murky brown with a small off-white head. Nose brings out clove, banana, and light cocoa notes from the extra malt. Flavour is basically the same, bringing out dry bitter cocoa, banana, clove and wheat. Very dry on the palate, with an astringency on the finish. The cocoa and banana work well together, making this medium bodied and fairly creamy. Good stuff.
