Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a clear blonde with no head. Aroma brings out lots of hops, along with apples and some honey. Flavour is very hoppy, quite bizarre for a cider, with dry apples on the finish. Very strange, but drinkable stuff.

Bottle at winery
Hazy pale blond color. Very floral aroma, elderflowers, apricots. Fine, sparkling, fresh, with delicate apple flavor.
Excellent.
