Sampled at Eaglemount, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of apples and light honey. Flavour brings out a nice mix of dry apples and light honey. Very complex and cohesive, with a dry finish. Very nice cyser.

Bottle at winery
Light aroma, light hazelnuts an plastic. dry mouthfeel, light flavor.
Not very cidery, and no honey. Mild acidity. Some plastic Pretty useless.
