This is a zesty, aromatic and drinkable beer. The Belgian yeast used on the wheat beer base has imparted a spicy flavour that works well with the zing of ginger.

On cask at Bridge, pours a cloudy flat dull orange with no head. Nose brings out ginger upfront, followed by subdued spicy yeast. Flavour brings out notes of spice and yeast, with only subtle ginger. Really murky, earthy and muffled. Not very nice but certainly not offensive.
