Very easy drinking version of Pilot made using a whirlpool addition of the same hops rather than dry hoping. The result is a very summery, fruity ale with little bitterness but still with the dry finish, the glass will be empty before you realise.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Intrepid Co-Pilot ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, floral - vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, floral, pale malt, grain, malt, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]
