This Northern English Nut Brown has a light sweet nutty aroma with subtle roasted butternut squash flavors to round out in the finish. Light tan body with a pale head. The smooth mouth feel comes from the squash fermentable that blends to a clean medium dry finish.

Draught at Urban Winery / Postmark, Vancouver
Cloudy dull hue amber color. The aroma is too mild. Anonymous malt flavor, correct bitterness, too much carbonation, traces of vegetables, a bit too yeasty.
Clumsy but decent.

On tap at Postmark, pours a cloud dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of toasted nuts and dry bready caramel malt. Flavour brings out notes of squash, toasted nuts, and bready notes. Very dry, with no off-notes or anything. Decent, but not too exciting.
