Last day of sun? Let’s hope not! We’ve added Cascade hops to increase the citrusy notes of our session ale. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice is added to balance the malty notes of our Pale Ale.

Cask at Alibi Room, Vancouver; white grapefruit
Cloudy amber color with nice head. Mild orange aroma, white pepper. A bit too warm for this kind of beer, and expectedly low carbonated, probably not the best way to condition an IPA; mild sour and fruity flavor, with some malt, grapefruit juice, citrus peel, some hop resins.
Chaotic, could be decent if served in a different way.

On cask at Bridge, pours a cloudy filthy orange with a small white head. Nose is full of citrusy notes, grapefruit juice, and hops. Flavour out intense grapefruit juice upfront, with strong citrusy hops that dominate and linger. Very aggressive on the citrusy. Not very elegant or anything, but decent.
