On tap at Storm, pours a dark amber with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh raspberries, some roast and subtle sourness. Flavour is very meaty, with raspberries, roasted malt and smoked meat. Very subtle tartness. What a strange beer. Surprisingly nice stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Dark brown color. Mild aroma, some malt, fruit and sourness. Good body strength; the dark malts are not too strong and blend well with the mild sourness, plus a mild fruity note. A bit woody.
It has some degree of complexity, and good integration. Warming alcohol feeling. Nice.
