Draught at the brewery, 12 oz
Cloudy amber color with creamy head. The aroma is nice, mainly resiny hops, with light funky touch. Dry mouthfeel, caramel flavor, very earthy, almost dusty; strong bitterness, hop resins but not fruitiness. Weak flavor overall.
Not fully convincing.

On tap at Four Winds, pours a cloudy bronze with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of earthy hops, mild funk and floral notes - pretty mild. Flavour brings out lots of brett funk, followed by earthy hops, and floral notes. Very soft on the palate, with a nice touch of the bret.
