The Belgian style farmhouse ale showcases coriander, black pepper and citrus notes. We then added orange peel to heighten the citrus profile. The result is a dry ale that’s cruso and refreshing. Perfect to pair with summer salads or anything BBQ’d.

Cloudy orange-blond color. The guy at Bridge knows how to brew, and it’s immediately evident in the aroma, with delicate quality malt (7+); followed by mild spicy touch. Not too dry, with good body structure; the flavor is more spicy, but luckily supported in the background by some malt; the orange peel appears too, and it’s correctly bitter.
Well brewed, balanced, rich; very nice beer.

On tap at Bridge, pods a clear golden with a tiny head. Nose brings out rustic farmhouse notes and orange peel. Flavour is crisp and dry, with rustic notes, subtle orange peel, farmhouse yeast, and a nice crispness. Very well-balanced, with the orange peel just enough. Great stuff.
