Pale blond color. Weird cider, it has a strong component and chemicals, with lightly flowery trace; dry. It’s also weak, and fairly acidic. Flowery.

On tap at Airways, pours a clear yellowy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite unique, with notes of wild honey, a touch of grassiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with honey, light citric notes, and grassiness. Really well-balanced and drinkable. Quite complex as well for a cider. Very enjoyable stuff.
