A new version of an old favorite, Panama Red is an India Red Ale bursting with hop character. Apollo, Centennial and Calypso provide Panama’s solid bitterness with a pleasantly complex fruit flavor and aroma. We used a blend of American crystal and Midnight Wheat malts to give this big red its distinctive deep color. Enjoy our modern take on a classic recipe.

On tap at Chuck's, pours a hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops and a good caramel malt balance. Flavour is well-balanced, bringing out floral and piney hops over top of a soft pillowy bready caramel malt backing. Soft on the palate and highly drinkable. Very good.
