Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On cask at Washington Brewers Cask Festival, pours black with a small brown head. Nose brings out Cabernet wine upfront, along with oak and very subtle roast underneath. Flavour delivers, with tart red wine and oak dominating. No stout noticeable here. If you like red wine, this is pretty nice.
