Draught at the brewery
Cloudy red color with small head. The aroma is so mild, very light fruit, almost impossible to perceive (5.5). The lemony acidity is simple but pleasant, it has a strong flavor of wheat bread; the cassis is present but extremely light, it doesn’t manage to add a dimension, maybe a third of dimension. Short and weak final.
Refreshing but simple.

On tap at Bomber, pours a cloudy pinkish orange with a large frothy off-white head. Nose is quite citric, showing off citrus zest and currants. Flavour is along the same lines, showing tons of the currants, with an intense citric tartness. More palatable than the Rhubarb Sour. Simple but not too bad.
