On tap at Elysian Capitol Hill, pours a clear dull copper yellow with a small white head. Nose is hugely hopped, with lots of piney and citrus hops. Flavour is strange, with lots of piney hops that are counter balanced with the honey sweetness of the mead. You wouldn't think this would work, but it's pretty cohesive. Quite nice.
