On tap St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian spices, wheat and a touch of citrus. Flavour is lightly tart, with citric notes, wheat and coriander. Finishes with minerally notes. Not infected at least, which is saying something for Red Collar, but it's not very clean.
