[ As Hopium John Coffi ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, vegetables, green hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, vegetable coffee, coffee, dusty, dark malt, vegi coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at Jabeerwocky, Warsaw. Black, small creamy head. Rich coffee aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Coffee, licorice and notes of lactose. Fairly low bitterness. Mellow and pleasant.
