Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours clear amber with a medium white head. Aromas of toffee, sweet malt, light vanilla, dark fruits. Taste is malty, caramel, light nutty bitterness, earthy.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear amber with a thick and persistent off-white head. Aromas of fruit cake, bread, light mixed spice. Taste has dried fruit, redcurrants, toffee and spice. Good balance. Creamy texture, light sweet finish. Very good example of the style.

Caña en Cimmeria 26..12..2016. (r28). Color ámbar amarillento turbio con espuma blanca Aromas y sabores maltosos algo tostados intensos con toques dulces y ligero amargo seco herbaceo algo resinis o al final. Cuerpo medio pastoso y rspumoso. Una buena barley no tan dulce como las demás. Para repetir. Bastante buena.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - a stunning autumnal red with a nice lacy head. Perfect appearance. Nose - Werthers originals and clove rocks. Taste - redcurrants and raspberries. Red cherries. Cranberries. Are there any red fruits I haven’t mentioned? Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - excellent. Totally nailed. I didn’t get peat. I just found complex red fruit.

Draught. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter nice complex finish. Creamy palate.

[ As Dry & Bitter Winter is Coming Barley Wine ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, bread, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sugary, dried fruit, bread, smoke - rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160203]
