The Butcher - krwiście czerwone IPA o przekornie wytrawnym charakterze w duchu West Coast. Ostra, krótka goryczka nie przesłania wplecionych do piwa słodowych detali, zaokrąglających jego smak. Cytrusowo-sosnowe aromaty są zasługą użycia gigantycznej ilości amerykańskiego chmielu na zimno.

Tap at stadsbriuwhuis Leiden. Dark copper color, hazed, big creamy yellowish head. Flavor is big, hoppy and juicy, much bready, doughy, all lot of resin. Fruity tones of grapefruit, orange, lemon peel, topical fruit (mango, banana), brown sugar. Thick body, heavy texture, very juicy and tasty, with a slight roasted note. Taste is sirupy followed by intense bitterness. Good heavy IPA, delicious, slow sipper.

0,5 flaske fra Ninkasira København, på hytta: mørkebrun med rødlig skjær og fint skum som varer. Furunål, brente mandler og karamellkjeks. Fin fylde og samtidig lett å svelge unna. Tørr, urteaktig bitterhet med furunål i avslutningen.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hops, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small white head. Aroma is fruity. Toasted malty. Fruity, teaish hoppy. Bitter and lingering fruity and solid hoppy. Dry, bitter and herbal hoppy far finish.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2017. Klare orange braune Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch ist sehr hopfig, rotes Malz, leicht harzig. Geschmack ist sehr hopfig bitter, harzig, Karamell, Pinien.

Hazy red - amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light and dry, good carbonation. Thin malts, not that sweet, bitterish caramel. Bitter floral hop and bitter orange peel. Caramel gets tangy on the light dry finish. A little harsh.
