The Butcher - krwiście czerwone IPA o przekornie wytrawnym charakterze w duchu West Coast. Ostra, krótka goryczka nie przesłania wplecionych do piwa słodowych detali, zaokrąglających jego smak. Cytrusowo-sosnowe aromaty są zasługą użycia gigantycznej ilości amerykańskiego chmielu na zimno.

Bottle, 7%. Distinct and pleasant caramel and pine hoppiness in the nose, Almost clear greyish copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour has a teaish hop note, some light fruit, Distinct bitterness in the finish, a little sharp, but good.

Bottle. Pours hazy copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of citrus and hops, with malty notes and bready touches. Bitter and grassy flavour of hops, with notes of citrus and malt and touches of fruit. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste. Decent.

Bottled 500ml. -Darker amber coloured, small off-white head, pleasant hoppy nose. Moderate malty, fruity-herbal hoppy, notes of caramel and strong but well balanced bitterness in the finish. Some light alcohol as well. Good brew.

Thanks Vran! Murky light brown body. Off white head. Herbal and tropical hoppy aroma on maltines. Bitterness driven herbal taste, wormwood. Light alcohol. Bitter aftertaste. Good.

Butelka. W knajpie jako które? tam piwo. Piany prawie brak, barwa bursztynow?, prawie czerwona. Aromat i smak to przede wszystkim liczi i troch? nafty. Goryczka ?rednia. Ogólnie piwo ok, cho? niczego nie urywa.

Botella 33 cl en el kraken. cortesía Beni. 12..12..2016 Fcpref 16..03..2017. Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca Aromas y sabores maltosos algo tostados con toques herbaceos y afrutados. Cuerpo medio algo pastoso y espumoso con 7 vol. No está nada mal.

Barwa ciemnobursztynowa, zamglone, piana w kolorze ecru, średnioobfita, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie cytrusy, nieco owoców tropikalnych i iglaków. W smaku niezbyt słodkie jak na Red IPA, jest trochę karmelowości, ale nie jakoś szczególnie dużo, cytrusy, owoce tropikalne, nieco lasu. Goryczka średnia,dość długa, ale przyjemna, wysycenie w normie, ciało też, dobrze się pije. Bardzo dobre piwo, wyważone, można powiedzieć - klasyczne. Warto spróbować.

500ml bottle. Clear, faint chestnut colour with small to average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Piney and citrusy, slightly earthy and herbal-leafy, hoppy aroma, slightly nuttily, malty background, hints of dark berries and corresponding shrubs, coniferes in general. Taste is herbal-grassy, piney hoppy, minimally citrusy, dry & mildly bitter, nuttily malty basis, hints of dark berries, a touch of plum dried fruit. Nice, minimally unorthodox.
