On cask at Bridge, pours a deep dark brown with a large foamy beige head. Aroma brings out a good mix of nutmeg and toasted makes. Flavour somehow doesn't get too dominated by the nutmeg, with similar balance between the spiciness it adds and toasted malt. Not particularly pleasant, but hey, this is a Bridge cask.
