Draught at Big Rock Urban Brewery, Vancouver; 12 oz
Nice reddish amber color, but the head is too small. They probably used some fake American-Belgian yeast strain, the one that is too clean to give a real Belgian spicy character, and instead gives rubber, plastic, bubblegum; despite the low IBU it seems to have enough bitterness. A bit too much booze. Clean.
Pleasant, but too easy, below expectations.

On tap at Big Rock Urban, pours a clear pale golden with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of Belgian yeast, some candied sugar and slight spiciness from the pepper. Flavour is along the same lines, bringing out a decent mix of Belgian yeast, pepper, cinnamon and candied sugar. A bit confused with all the different elements, but it works decently enough. Solid.
