Cloudy pale blond color. The Hallertau Blanc gives very nice, delicate flowery notes, but the yeast (and yoghurt???) add a footy note to the aroma; not much lactic acidity, a bit more lemony in the final could have been pleasant.
Mediocre.

On tap at Main Street, pours a cloudy yellow wth a small white head. Aroma is very lactic, with lots of yogurty qualities. Flavour is loaded with lactic, yogurty notes upfront, with very little tartness or anything else. Clean and monolithic, but highly drinkable. Good stuff.
