Bottle 500ml. Hazy yellow colour and small white head. Light banana, yeast aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Citrus, light banana, sticky yeastyness in the flavour. Below average.

From 50cl bottle. Pours hazy light amber gold with white foam, scarcely persistent, actually. Aroma is banana and generally fruity. Body is average, with intense carbonation, too much. Taste is sweet, but also reminding of orange. Finish is average.

[ As San Gabriel Hefe Weizen ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, light caramel, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, fruity, yeast, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]

Keg at Birreria Heritage Artigianale, Warsaw, Poland. Cloudy golden, small head. Honey and banana up front. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Gentle and soothing, honey covered grains. Low bitterness. Mellow and pleasant.

Bottle, 0.50l. Hazy amber brown color with large rocky off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, banana, yeast, rubber and medicine. Taste starts with light sweet grainy and caramel malt, follows by strong sour apple and vegetable acidity, a bit spicy mouthfeel, but without any bitterness. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. A bit too thin and boring...
