Black color. Aroma of dark chocolate. Dry mouthfeel, roasty, not much chocolatey, maybe a bit salty, but not mineral or iodine. I wouldn’t think of oysters if I didn’t know.

On tap at Cloudburst, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out some toasted malt, a little coffee and a touch of brine. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted malt, some roast and briney notes. Nice enough for the style - the oysters don't lend too much of a briney presence. Meh.

Draft 14 oz pour at Pint Defiance. Cola like black pour with a tan fizz head. Right away, a very refreshing stout. Bold roasted malt aroma and flavors. Soft chocolate, and finishes on the dry side. Very nice stout here.
