On tap at Illawarra, pours a reddish dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a diacetyl problem, with subdued roast and dry hopping. Flavour is likewise the same, with light roast, piney hops and diacetyl. The diacetyl is less pronounced on the flavour, thankfully. Gotta fix this.
