On tap at Moon Dog, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out luxurious cognac barrels, followed by dark fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with cognac barrels and sweet dark fruits. Complex and strong, with a good balance. A tad sweet but it's nice as a slow sipper. Really good.
