On tap at The Local Melbourne, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of watermelon. Flavour is pretty mellow for a sour, with loads of watermelon upfront, not much sourness at all, with a little acidity. Fresh and well-balanced. Very nice.
