Keg at Draft House Tower Bridge, 08/02/18. Very lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is caramel, grains, fruit esters, light stoned fruit notes, citric drizzle. Taste comprises vanilla, light spice, caramel, stewed fruits, banana, yeast esters, fruit slice. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, light tickle of booze in the close. This was a nice surprise ... a really solid and well balanced tripel ... doesn't go runaway on the sweetness front as is often my problem with this style.

On tap at Stone & Wood, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast upfront, along with crackery malt. Flavour is quite dry for a non-Belgian tripel, with Belgian yeast, mild candied sugar, and biscuity malt. Just a touch of sweetness. Fairly complex and well-made. Very good.
