[ As Derby Derby Dunkel ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, malt extract - caramelized malt - burnt malt, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, roasted, malt extract - caramelized malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]
