Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Mad Dog Submissable Anarchy ].Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, citrus, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, sweet apple, alcohol - phenol, wood - juniper notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]
