Imperial IPA with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo.
We did not listen. They have risen up. To appease our new Robot Overlord, we created an Imperial IPA. We came bearing gifts of earthy citrus, floral, and piney notes in each pint. Our best malts were sacrificed to create a full bodied ale with a smooth finish. This brew is to show our new rulers our value and worth. Long live 10001110101!!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at Saraveza for the 7th IIPA Fest, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out caramel malts and resinous hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with a good balance of resinous hops and caramel malts. Not overly elegant, with a good balance between sweet and hops. Very good.
