Pale yellow with white head. Yeasty and sweet aroma. Sweetish malt taste with some light fruit. Quick finish

On tap at Ancestry, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light Belgian yeast and sweet cereal malt. Flavour is along the same lines but drier, with cereal malt, light Belgian yeast and dry biscuity malt. Crisp and well-constructed. Very nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden yellow color with a medium white head. A big husky sweaty nose. The core flavor is more husky grainy notes, earthy, citrus, yeasty base. Solid. Smooth.
