Draught at the brewery
Hazy light amber color. A lot of yeast character for this beer, the aroma has elderflower, the mouthfeel is rather dry, it’s astringent, the malt is not very expressive, and there are vegetable notes.
So and so.

On tap at Bridge, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out various berries upfront, along with Belgian yeast and some spiciness. Flavour is very estery from the yeast, with a fairly spicy character as well from the yeast, and berry-like fruitiness. Quite messy and uncoordinated but not unpleasant. Could use some work.
