Tasting at Matt’s
Brown color, small head. Smells like puke, the flavor is moderately sweet, a bit dusty .The sourness is unwanted but it turns out quite well, making it refreshing.
Infected. Not too bad, but weird.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a good mix of spicy rye, banana and clove. Flavour has lots of sourness upfront, followed by spicy rye, banana and clove. Shame about the sourness here, as the rest could be okay. But as is, this is quite infected. No good.
