Patersbier

Patersbier, or "father’s beer", is a traditional low-gravity style that was a staple of Belgian monastaries. Pilsener malt, flaked oats, and German Tettnanger hops allow the traditional Belgian yeast to shine, producing complex fruity notes that compliment the dry, slightly bready body.
