On tap at O.H.S.O. Paradise Valley, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light Belgian yeast and cereal malt - doesn't really smell like a tripel. Flavour is more tripel-like, with sweet candied sugar, Belgian yeast and biscuity malt. Not particularly complex or having much depth, but it's decent.
