Saison brewed with 30 pounds of kumquats added to the boil. Aged in chardonnay barrels. 15 additional pounds of kumquats were added to the barrel for a bright, tart, and citrusy punch that plays with the oak and chardonnay.

On tap at Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of citrus fruits, of course emphasizing the kumquat. Not much notice of the wine. Flavour brings out Chardonnay notes and citrus fruits in good balance. Nothing overly complex. Certainly a citrus bomb. Not bad.
