The Cinco is the fifth incarnation of our Russian Imperial Stout, brewed annually in celebration of our anniversary. The flavor profile is dominated by roasted malt flavors, with some spicy rye notes, toffee and roasted nuts. Pair it with sharp blue cheeses or toffee gelato for dessert.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
On cask at Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out roasted malt upfront, followed by some dry woodiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with light roast and a little wood. A little thin and dull, but it works alright.
